Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the pants are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.
Refund or Alteration
Once received and inspected, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your adjusted exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
